End-User License Agreement & SLA

1. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Quravity Web Hosting Control Panel, Quravity Turbo Web Server (QTWS), and associated systems management tools provided by Quravity Technology.

2. Permitted Deployments

Each active license grants the right to install and run one instance of the Quravity software suite on a single physical server or Virtual Private Server (VPS). You may manage an unlimited number of domains, accounts, and tenants on that licensed node.

3. Non-Destructive 15-Day Free Trial

Quravity offers a 15-day full-featured evaluation trial with zero website downtime guarantee. If a trial expires without an upgrade, all hosted web applications, databases, and DNS servers remain active and continue serving traffic. Management UI access on Ports 2087 and 2083 is simply suspended until a license is assigned.

4. Support & Maintenance Level Agreement

Commercial license tiers include access to continuous security updates, kernel module compatibility patches, and 24/7 technical support for platform operations.

5. Nominative Trademark Fair-Use Disclaimer

All third-party product names, trademarks, and registered trademarks mentioned on our website and documentation (including cPanel, WHM, Plesk, DirectAdmin, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, Imunify360, JetBackup, and WHMCS) are the property of their respective owners. They are referenced strictly for identification, migration compatibility, and comparative benchmarking purposes under nominative fair use.
