Privacy & Telemetry Policy

Last Updated: November 2026 • Transparent Enterprise Privacy Commitment

1. Zero Customer Data Transmission Guarantee

Quravity transmits zero customer website content, database records, email traffic, or end-user Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

The control panel runs strictly on your private Linux server or dedicated cluster. All database records, user credentials, access logs, and application files remain encrypted and stored locally on your server filesystem.

2. Periodic License Lease Telemetry

To validate that a server possesses an active license, the local license service contacts verify.quravity.com once every 72 hours over mutual TLS 1.3. This automated verification request transmits exclusively the following non-sensitive operational telemetry:

3. 14-Day Offline Grace Period

If your server experiences transient network isolation or cannot reach verify.quravity.com, a 14-day offline grace period immediately activates. Your hosted websites, databases, email, and DNS will experience zero interruption during this window.

4. Third-Party Integrations & Analytics

Quravity contains zero third-party client trackers, analytics beacons, or remote advertising scripts. If you configure optional external integrations (e.g., Cloudflare DNS API, AWS S3 backup storage, Stripe/PayPal payment webhooks), communications occur directly between your server and the respective provider using API credentials stored in local encrypted files.

5. Security & Privacy Contact

For data privacy queries, audit verification, or security inquiries, please contact security@quravity.com.
