We stand behind the stability, performance, and engineering quality of the Quravity Web Hosting Control Panel. If you are not completely satisfied with your initial monthly or annual license purchase, you may request a 100% full refund within 30 days of initial provisioning.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Initial license orders for new nodes or server fleets.
• Annual LTS subscriptions requested within the first 30 days of purchase.
• Instances where Quravity cannot be deployed due to hardware/kernel incompatibilities unresolvable by our engineering team.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email support@quravity.com with your server IP address and invoice number. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, or PayFast) within 3 to 5 business days.
