Terms of Service

Last Updated: November 2026 • Document Version 2.5-LTS

1. Software License Grant & Usage Rights

Quravity Technology grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable enterprise license to deploy and operate the Quravity Web Hosting Control Panel software on qualifying 64-bit Linux physical servers or Virtual Private Servers (VPS). All licenses are subject to active verification and compliance with acceptable software use.

2. Flat-Rate Pricing & License Enforcement

Quravity operates under a transparent, flat-rate pricing model ($50/month per server or $500/year Annual LTS). A single license covers unlimited websites, unlimited email accounts, unlimited MySQL/MariaDB databases, and unlimited CPU cores on that physical node. Quravity charges zero per-account fees, client taxes, or tiered worker surcharges.

3. 99.9% Management Daemon Uptime SLA & Credit Remedy

Quravity commits to maintaining a 99.9% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the core control panel management daemon (Port 2087/2083 API and supervisor). In the event of verified control panel daemon downtime caused directly by software defects exceeding the 99.9% SLA threshold in any billing month, customers are entitled to an SLA credit equal to 10% of their monthly license fee per hour of verified downtime, up to a maximum of 100% of the monthly license fee for that billing period.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quravity Technology and its licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the software. Hosted customer web services (HTTP/3, MySQL, Maildir, DNS) operate as independent operating system daemons and are not terminated by license lifecycle status.

5. Termination & Data Retention Guarantee

You may cancel your license subscription at any time. Upon cancellation or expiration, your hosted websites, databases, mail delivery, and DNS zones continue running on your Linux host. Only access to the Port 2087 and 2083 web management interfaces will pause until the license is renewed or re-activated.

6. Governing Law & Support Contact

These terms are governed by standard commercial enterprise technology licensing provisions. For billing assistance, SLA credit claims, or legal notices, contact support@quravity.com.
